Anathema

This video for Springfield used GoPro footage from the band’s own cameras in the recording studio. The footage itself was nothing special, and as it was the first track from the forthcoming album, I needed to create some mystery with the video as a tease, without giving too much away. At over 1.4 million views, this is by far the most successful video I have made.

Film-maker Christopher Kenworthy and I had several transatlantic video calls with the band and defined the narrative that Chris would shoot in a nearby rundown industrial part of his town when he was between large film projects. Now with over two million views, this is by far the most successful video I have commissioned.
